Torre di Babele, our Italian language partner school is situated at the centre of historic Rome, in an elegant district in Art Nouveau style, shaded and encircled by parks including the famous 'Villa Torlonia' park. Just a stone's throw away you will find the 'La Sapienza' University and the student quarter of 'San Lorenzo', famous for its liveliness both during the day and at night. Just as accessible from the language centre is the main station 'Termini' for patiently discovering the marvels of the eternal city of Rome. The school occupies two large floors of an elegant villa 'Liberty' surrounded by a large garden. The student lounge; light, air-conditioned classrooms; a fully-equipped computer room and a wifi connection in the garden, all combine to create an ideal environment for studying Italian in the heart of Rome.

Boende

Host family
Staying with a host family is the ideal solution for discovering Italian culture and for daily Italian practice. Families are carefully selected and located at a maximum of 30 minutes from the language centre using public transport. Staying in an individual room with half-board, this experience will also offer you an insight into Roman life, their customs, their culinary traditions and will give you a taste of local hospitality.
Shared apartments
Located 30 minutes away from the school, these apartments are available to its  students. You will stay in an individual room and will share the kitchen, the living room and the bathroom with other international students. It's up to you to organize your meals - why not try new Italian recipes with your flatmates?

To get to know Rome and Italian culture better our partner school offers students the opportunity to participate in organized activities and outings, some free or at a reduced price, during the week and weekends: guided tours of Rome, itineraries  of art history and Italian architecture, cinema, literature, visits to prestigious Roman parks (Villa Doria Pamphili, Parco della Caffarella, Appia Antica, etc. )and weekend excursions (to Naples, Pompei, Orvieto, Florence and to the seaside).
The Italian capital is bursting with possibilities for going out in the evening with your friends all year round; but if you have the opportunity to stay there in summer, the famous 'Roman Summer' (Estate Romana) transforms Rome into an endless party...
