Our partner school is ideally located in the heart of San Francisco, just near Union Square in the Soma district. The course centre has been recently renovated and provides all the facilities necessary to enable you to study in the best conditions: 16 modern, spacious and bright classrooms, a language lab with a DVD library, two computer rooms with fast and free access to the Internet and your emails. The student café and a comfortable lounge await you during breaks, to relax or chat with your new friends. Located close to the school, the Yerba Buena gardens are a real oasis of peace in the heart of the city. Perfect for relaxing after a day of lessons or a tour of the Museum of Modern Art; unless you would prefer to explore the hills of San Francisco in one of their mythic cable cars.

Host family
As California is one of the most mixed states in the USA, there is no such thing as a typical family. Living with a host family will give you a broad idea of the American way of life. The school carefully chooses each family. You will have your own room and breakfast and dinner provided daily.
Vantaggio Cosmo Residence
Just ten minutes on foot from the school, St. Giles offers accommodation in a residence for students desiring a greater level of independence. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped with private bathroom, television, telephone, Internet access, microwave and refrigerator. You can use the communal kitchen to prepare you meals 24 hours a day. Accommodation is in single rooms, though double rooms are available for students travelling together. 

Fritidsaktiviteter

The school gives you the opportunity to discover not only the city of San Francisco, but also to visit other destinations such as Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Yosemite National Park, Napa Valley and its vineyards or Lake Tahoe and Cruz, for skiing in winter. SF is an excellent base from which to explore California and its magnificent Pacific coast.
