School

Our partner school is located in the peaceful district of El Batey, 5 minutes from central Sosua and the main beach. The availability of the teachers and staff, the small size of the school and the mini-group classes will allow you to study Spanish in a friendly atmosphere. There are 6 classrooms, a library, wireless-LAN connection and several terraces overlooking a magnificent tropical garden, available to students. The school also welcomes Dominican students wishing to learn English or German: a good opportunity to meet the locals and practise your Spanish outside of the classroom.

Please note: the exams take place in the Catholic University of Santo Domingo. Enrolments can be made up to 3 weeks prior to the start of classes.

Accommodation

Studio-apartment in Sosua
You have the possibility of staying on the same site as the school, in a studio or shared apartment. With the first option, you will have your own room with a private bathroom, fridge and a small living room area with a TV. The apartment has single bedrooms with a bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen for you to share with your flatmates. Both of these accommodation options include breakfast from Monday to Saturday, except for bank holidays.

Hotels in Sosua or Cabarete
You also have the possibility to stay in a hotel, in Sosua itself or in Cabarete, a surfer's paradise.
